NATIONAL FOREST STEWARDSHIP PROJECT IDAHO PANHANDLE NATIONAL FORESTS COEUR D'ALENE RIVER RANGER DISTRICT The Idaho Panhandle National Forests is soliciting proposals for Lone Cabin Stewardship, which is located within sections 13, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, T51N, R2W; and portions of sections 17, 18, 19, 20 and 30, T51N, R1W, of the Boise Meridian, Kootenai County, Idaho. The Contracting Officer at Forest Supervisor's Office, 3815 Schreiber Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho will receive SEALED proposals until 10:00 a.m. local time on May 2, 2017. The Stewardship Project consists of an estimated 40,788 TONS of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting, and specific land management activities. The Forest Service will evaluate proposals submitted by offerors who present a proposal according to the information found under the section in the Solicitation and Offer for Integrated Resource Contract titled "Instructions to Offerors." Evaluation factors for this project include the following criteria: price, technical approach, capability and past performance and utilization of local workforce. One award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and whose technical/price relationship is the "best value" to the Government.
