Desmet reroofing project The Coeur d Alene Tribal Housing Authority is currently seeking bids for a reroofing project located in Desmet Idaho. The project consist of the removal of the existing metal roofs and installing a new Architectural laminated shingle roofing system for one multi-family 11 unit apartment complex and 10 single family residential homes.
