SOLVENCY: Story of states

I’ve been mulling over a letter that appeared earlier in the week about states deemed to be financially solvent, or not. Listed were some red states, actually quite a few.

I’ve had more than one email, with “reference links,” listing states that are near bankruptcy. They’re all governed by Democrats, strangely enough. I won’t bother to list them. Just suffice it to say that the data depends on the source. Both sources claim validity…hmmm.
