The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 133 calls for service between 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, and 5:59 a.m. Wednesday, July 26.

All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

Grocery items, toys and baby items with an estimated total value of $255 were reported stolen and recovered at a business in the Prairie Shopping Center in Hayden

A wallet with an estimated value of $50 was reported stolen and recovered at a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Road in Hayden

Two vehicle batteries with an estimated total value of $300 were reported stolen in the 8100 block of W. Twin Lakes Road in Rathdrum

A Canadian license plate with an estimated value of $10 was reported stolen in the 498000 block of S. Highway 3 in St. Maries

Cash with an estimated value of $1,500 was reported stolen in the 8800 block of E. Black Bear Road in Athol

A financial transaction card used to make an estimated $800 in purchases was reported stolen at a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Road in Hayden

An estimated $9 in beer was reported stolen and recovered at a business in the 200 block of W. Hayden Avenue in Hayden. Joshua G. Martinelli, 24, was cited for the crime

Trespassing was reported and a warning was issued near the intersection of W. Seltice Way and N. Huetter Road in Post Falls

Fireworks were reported in the 23400 block of W. Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive in Coeur d’Alene

Aggravated assault, attempted strangulation and domestic battery were reported in the 400 block of S. Rabbit Trail in Post Falls

Jacob P. Rees, 24, was arrested on three outstanding warrants, driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance in the 6800 block of N. Valley Street in Dalton Gardens

Dan L. Webb, 53, was arrested for domestic battery in the 6500 block of N. Valley Street in Dalton Gardens

Jason K. Leib, 46, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of N. Government Way and E. Prairie Avenue in Coeur d’Alene
