Dylan James Cole, 18
Dylan James Cole, 18, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, left this Earth on July 17, 2017. Dylan was born in Charlotte, Mich., on Dec. 1, 1998, and is survived by his parents, Trish and Nate Matthews of Coeur d’Alene, and Scott Cole of Eaton Rapids, Mich.; and sister Vivien of Coeur d’Alene.
Dylan was raised in Michigan as a child and spent the last 10 years of his life in Coeur d’Alene. Dylan had a love for his dogs, both past and present. He enjoyed his friends, kayaking, fishing, basketball, and just about any sport he could play. Dylan was a loving brother to his only sibling, his sister, Vivien; and son to Trish and Nate.
He was easygoing and a gentle soul. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, George and Patricia Kirchmeier; and grandparents Howard and Mary Battin (Kirchmeier). He is survived by his grandparents, Jim and Kay Cole, and Jim and Pamyla Krausman; aunt Heather, aunt Shawna, uncle Chad; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel, 373 E. Hayden Ave., Hayden, Idaho, with a small reception to follow.
