CHRISTIANS: Rally around this

It is uncomfortable for nice people to contemplate the reality that they have enemies. Peaceful people don’t want to live in a reality where there is nothing they can do to stop others from hating and fighting them. Educated people look for complex answers as to why others hate; they cannot fathom the utter simplicity of war. It defies everything that genteel folk want to believe about how our world works.

Objectively, evil exists and many people willingly embrace it. Savagery is the norm of human existence; civilization the exception. Others crave what you have, and will take it from you if given half a chance. The opposite of war is not peace, it is often surrender or enslavement. Life in human society is more like a street fight than a boardroom conference. To the extent that good exists in our world, it is because everyday people sacrifice mightily for a better way of life.

Finally, the Christian faith is and always has been at the core of the West. Christians can and should be tolerant, but the attempt to de-Christianize Western Civilization is destroying it. Secular humanism has robbed the people of the West of their heart and character. We must re-dedicate our institutions to Judeo-Christian norms. And we must face the harsh reality that we have enemies bent on our destruction, who if allowed to win, will enslave all of Mankind.
