THANKS: For restoring faith

I would like to recognize two Good Samaritans who live in Newman Lake, Wash. On July 4, we were shopping near the state line, and I lost my wallet. In a panic, we rushed home to look for it. Sheila and Alisha were already there, having found my wallet with ID and address. Not only did they hand deliver my wallet, there was nothing missing inside!

We tried to give Alisha a small reward (it was her birthday also) but she declined and said they were happy to help us. Of course we were very relieved to recover the contents, but more so, it really restored our faith in humankind! It was also a reminder to “pay it forward.”
