CONSUMER: Big thanks, Bill
I am one of your loyal subscribers to the Coeur d’Alene Press. A few months back I suffered a financial blow when I found out through Bill Brooks, CDA Press Consumer Guy, that Positive Changes was permanently closing. I had been misled by Positive Changes as they had posted a sign on their business that they were closed for an extended Easter vacation. I contacted Mr. Brooks immediately and he set me straight and advised me to contact my credit card company to file a dispute.
I followed his advice immediately. I am happy to report that since he informed me quickly as to what to do, I won my dispute and now am being reimbursed the full amount I paid Positive Changes — $2,002.10. I am so thankful for his help.
This is not the first nor do I think it will be the last time that Mr. Bill Brooks has helped me and countless others. He does our community and your readers a huge, desperately needed service during these times of crooks, villains and apathy. Please let Mr. Brooks know how much we appreciate his knowledge and hard work.
