McCliment-Call sends Prairie past Spokane Bandits
SPOKANE VALLEY — Tanner McCliment-Call hit a three-run home run in the sixth inning as the Prairie Cardinals beat the Spokane Bandits 14-9 in an 9-inning game at West Valley High on Wednesday.
Jared Porter had three hits, Preston Benson, Chaz Baily and Brock Zeller two hits each for Prairie (12-12). which plays Walla Walla in a doubleheader today at Walla Walla Community College starting at 3 p.m.
“We hit the ball well today,” Prairie coach Pat Call said. “Tanner hit a huge three-run home run to put us up for good. Jared was good on a limited pitch count and Brock did a good job of finishing it off.”
