Teresa Elaine Olson, 63

Aug. 25, 1953 – July 10, 2017

Teresa Elaine Olson passed away Monday morning, July 10, 2017, surrounded by her husband and children by her side within her home in Hayden, Idaho.

Our mom lead a life full of energy, love and a natural form of pure positivity that was readily felt through the way she truly loved her family, especially her cherished sweet grandchildren. She has left behind a legacy of compassion and patience, which was always accompanied with a bright smile to her loving husband, Wendell and her four children, Shannon, Shawna, Ryan (Lisa) and Kristen (Aaron); along with her 16 grandchildren.

Lovingly expressed “we surely miss you,” we know our mother’s love will continue to be influential in each of our lives as we remember her smile and outreached hands and know without a doubt her love has reached countless numbers of others in our midst and beyond this earthly home.

Along with her love of music and angelic calming voice through any storm, we know that she was greeted by her father, Kryl Thorlakson, on the other side with those same open arms as she has for each of us and with a sound of his trumpet welcoming her home, playing a tune of a job well done.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 477 E. Honeysuckle Ave., Hayden, with a graveside service following at Evergreen Cemetery in Post Falls, Idaho.
