NOTICE OF SPECIAL NOTICE APPLICATION AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of application for a Special Notice Permit, Case No. SPN17-0003, a request by Ken Ellis, Kootenai Motors, LLC, on 5.731 acres in the Commercial zone.
