SPOKANE — Eudy Ramos had four hits, while Camden Duzenack and Daulton Varsho had four and three, respectively, as the Hillsboro Hops topped the Spokane Indians 8-2 on Sunday in Northwest League baseball before 3,477 at Avista Stadium.
Ramos doubled and singled three times. Duzenack was a triple short of the cycle, scoring three runs while also driving in three.
Spokane starter Reiver Sanmartin (2-1) took the loss in after giving up three runs and 12 hits over 5 2/3 innings. The Indians’ lone bright spot was Andretty Cordero’s fifth home run of the season, a solo shot in the 7th inning.
