Denison-Storey, Diana E., 59, Davenport, Wash., failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, no bond. Dewey, Ciara K., 28, Spokane Valley, Wash., probation violation for failure to appear for probation review hearing, no bond. Northrup, Nathan D., 23, Blanchard, failure to appear for manufacturing, delivery, or possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, $50,000. Schomer, Toney A., 46, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation for failure to comply with conditions of probation, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS Anderson, Brandon L., 22, Rathdrum, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, $2,000. Bean, David W., 44, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence and injury to child, $2,500. Cabrales, Christian R., 22, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence and invalid driver's license, $2,000. Dickerson, Michelle E., 32, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $2,000. Fogel, Richard W. Jr., 55, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation for possession of paraphernalia, $5,000. Guzman, Neil D., 24, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for battery, $10,000. Johnson, Laurence P., 41, Hayden, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $2,000. Kirby-Ford, Stryker D., 20, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $2,500. Koopmann, Ethan M., 22, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for battery, $2,000. Nealey, Todd E., 42, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, $4,000. Pluff, Darnell W., 19, Worley, failure to appear for invalid driver's license, $4,000. Riggs, Cole M., 22, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for driving under the influence, $2,000. Smith, Jeffrey D. II, 32, Hayden, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, $2,000. Stephenson, Matthew W., 41, Priest River, failure to appear for shoplifting, no bond. Wright, Andrew D., 27, Athol, failure to appear for driving without privileges, no bond — six days confinement.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
