The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 78 calls for service between 6 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, and 5:59 a.m. Friday, Jan. 20.

All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

Various items with an estimated total value of $200 were reported stolen and a door latch with an estimated value of $50 was reported damaged in the 8200 block of N. Rude Street in Hayden. Kenneth W. Daly, 38, and Steely L. Miller, 32, were arrested for burglary, possession of stolen property and outstanding warrants.

Mail with an estimated total value of $100 was reported stolen in the 9600 block of N. Hillview Drive in Hayden

A scam call regarding $3,000 in counterfeit money to be deposited into the victim’s bank account was reported in the 6900 block of N. Mount Carrol Street in Dalton Gardens

A scam call attempting to obtain personal and vehicular information was reported in the 100 block of E. Country Ridge Court in Hayden

Fireworks were reported in the 22400 block of N. Ramsey Road in Rathdrum

A battery was reported in the 1300 block of W. Tanglewood Court in Hayden

William F. Devleming, 27, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 6900 block of W. Interstate 90 in Post Falls

Jordan G. Nelson, 25, was arrested on a warrant near the intersection of W. Lilac Court and N. Siony Lane in Post Falls

Gregory J. Herbert, 38, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 200 block of Appleway Avenue in Coeur d’Alene

Melissa G. Williams, 49, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 17500 block of N. Highway 95 in Rathdrum
