Sheriff's Log Jan. 14

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received 78 calls for service between 6 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, and 5:59 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13.

All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

INCIDENTS

A Sierra Club backpack, medications and books with an estimated value of $165 were reported stolen near the intersection of S. Beauty Creek Road and Forest Service Road 1575 in Coeur d’Alene

Kianna D. Peone, 18, was arrested on a warrant near the intersection of N. Old Highway 95 and E. Vera Avenue in Athol, and again for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility in the 5500 block of N. Government Way in Coeur d’Alene

Miguel A. Rogue, 24, was arrested for violating a no-contact order in the 22100 block of N. Twinlow Road in Rathdrum

John W. Holley, 37, was arrested for failure to update sex offender registration and obstructing or resisting law enforcement in the 600 block of W. Hayden Avenue in Hayden

An aggravated assault was reported in the 3100 block of N. Collins Road in Athol

A violation of a protection order was reported in the 100 block of E. Country Ridge Court in Hayden

Crystal L. Johnston, 36, was arrested for battery and unlawful entry, and Jeremy D. Reeves, 32, was arrested for aggravated assault and burglary in the 1800 block of E. Poleline Avenue in Post Falls
