FELONIES

Hall, Nico L., 24, Spokane, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, $35,000.

Jones, Avery D., 27, Spokane, failure to appear for trafficking drugs, no bond.

Poole, Maison C., 24, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation for burglary, no bond.

Starkweather, Jennifer P., 41, Spokane, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Atkinson, Joshua D., 33, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for obstructing/resisting law enforcement, invalid driver's license, prohibition — possession/use of conducted energy device, $7,500.

Burns, Shalanda N., 43, Hayden, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Glander, Kevin S., 47, Post Falls, failure to appear for DUI, $30,000.

Harris, Scott G., 54, Post Falls, probation violation for domestic battery, $20,000.

Henninger, Joseph A., 32, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Jones, Justin W., 25, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for driving without privileges, $5,000.

Kinzer, Kenneth B. 2nd, 27, Spirit Lake, failure to appear for driving without privileges, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, failure to display insurance, $5,000.

Martin, Zander, 24, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for petit theft, no bond — 20 days jail.

Northrup, Nathan D., 23, Blanchard, failure to pay child support, $6,000.

Ponce, Jonathan, 20, Hayden, failure to appear for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, $5,000.

Rostad, Erik A., 34, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear for DUI, $5,000.

Selke, Mandi J., 25, Plummer, probation violation for petit theft, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000.

Thomas, Ryan T., 20, Rathdrum, probation violation for possession of paraphernalia, $10,000.

Weiker, Lindy M., 27, Rathdrum, failure to appear for reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, $5,000.

Williams, Richard L., 30, Rathdrum, failure to pay child support, no bond — 30 days jail.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
