Tillman earns RSPS certification
Kathleen Tillman, with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, has been awarded the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certification. The RSPS Certification is nationally recognized and awarded by the National Association of Realtors to real estate professionals who wish to promote their expertise in the resort and second home market. Tillman joins more than 1,600 real estate professionals who have earned the RSPS certification. Tillman has been a full-time agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty for the past 16 years.

Cunningham named chair of national builders council
Dennis Cunningham, owner of ActiveWest Builders, has been appointed chairman of the National Association of Home Builders 55+ Housing Industry Council Board of Trustees and a voting member of the 2017 Executive Board. In this leadership role, Cunningham will lead and participate in debates and discussions and attend all national meetings, starting with the upcoming 2017 Annual Convention — the International Builders Expo in Orlando, Fla.

Fangen, Sitton join Lakeshore Realty
Lakeshore Realty announced the addition of two new agents: Sandra Fangen and Kim Sitton. Fangen is a licensed real estate professional in Idaho and Washington.
