Mary (Zimmerman) Coleman, 71

Mary Coleman passed away Dec. 18, 2017, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Mary was born July 11, 1946, to Walter and Inez (Hale) Zimmerman.

Mary grew up and graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1964. Mary worked for Albertsons in the old store on Fourth Street, working as a checker. She met her love of her life, Henry, and they married in 1970. She had two wonderful sons and became a stay-at-home mom. She loved to bake, to cook big meals for the family and to garden.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Anne. She is survived by her husband, Henry; sons, Matt and Andy (Casey), of Coeur d’Alene; her brother, Larry (Rita); several nieces and nephews and her best children, Dude and Gus, her favorite pets.

No services will be held at her request. Yates Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
