Notice of CDBG Consolidated 5-Year Plan Public Hearing The City of Coeur d'Alene will hold a Public Hearing before the Mayor and City Council to present the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan goals, proposed activities, estimated funding the City expects to receive, and the expected beneficiaries of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
