McElroy, Albert R., 51, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation — witness intimidation, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

McCauley, Erin M., 23, Hayden, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, $5,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
