NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE WASTEWATER UTILITY - 2018 CIPP PROJECT REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Pursuant to IC 67-2805, "Procurement of Public Works Construction", City of Coeur d'Alene (City), Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the 2018 CIPP Project. The Project generally consists of cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation of approximately 960 linear feet of 30-inch diameter sanitary sewer and 5,000 linear feet of 8-inch to 10-inch sanitary sewer, including cleaning, CCTV inspection, cutting off protruding taps, reinstating laterals, and related items of work. Actual bid quantities may change pending the ongoing final design of the project. The opinion of estimated project cost is between $350,000 and $450,000.
