Herz, Harley D., 35, Post Falls, aggravated assault battery, malicious injury, $75,000.

Brock, Edward W., 59, Post Falls, trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, $50,000.

Bishop, Dennis W., 51, Coeur d'Alene, failure to comply with conditions of release, $50,000.

McGovern, Jane, 48, Post Falls, trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Torres, Salvador, 24, Post Falls, domestic battery in the presence of a child, $10,000.

Jeffres, Jessica L., 26, Sandpoint, false information to law enforcement, $10,000.

Eakle, Jera L., 52, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation, $10,000.

Best, Phillip E., 42, Hauser Lake, failure to pay child support, $40,000.

Chew, Thomas M., 45, Hayden, domestic battery, $10,000.

Van Valkinburgh, Michael D., 38, Dalton Gardens, probation violation, $20,000.

Cawley, Richard L., 50, Rathdrum, excessive DUI, $10,000.

Wisdom, Woodrow M., 41, Plummer, failure to appear, $500 cash bond.

Zahir, Jimmy A., 36, Worley, failure to appear, 19 days jail.

Clarke, David P., 45, Athol, failure to appear, two days jail.

Mellen, Justin E., 32, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear, seven days jail.

Ritchie, Anthony C., 25, Hayden, failure to appear, 10 days jail.

Robins, Hunter R., 24, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear, four days jail.

Stevens, Tanner W., 26, Coeur d'Alene, failure to appear, four days jail.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
