All individuals listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
INCIDENTS
A Samsung SM T713 table with an estimated value of $430 was reported stolen from a vehicle near milepost 32 on Interstate 90 in Cataldo
Various merchandise with an estimated total value of $270 was reported stolen and recovered at a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden. Scott C. Schneider, 37, was cited for petit theft and unlawful removal of an anti-theft device at the scene.
A wallet containing personal identification and financial transaction cards with an estimated total value of $30 was reported stolen at a business in the 500 block of W. Honeysuckle Road in Hayden
A scam call claiming to be from Avista Utilities was reported in the 8500 block of N. Cloverleaf Road in Hauser Lake
Michael P. James, 44, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 30300 block of N. Two Rock Road in Athol
Leslie J. Humphreys, 21, was arrested on a warrant in the 500 block of N. Government Way in Coeur d’Alene.
Phillip M. Amos, 32, was arrested for driving without privileges near the intersection of N. Fourth Street and E. Dalton Avenue in Coeur d’Alene
A robbery was reported in the 100 block of W. Prairie Shopping Center in Hayden
Jeremiah J. Martinez, 18, and Sierra M. Toney, 18, were cited for frequenting a place where drugs are used near the intersection of W. Burlington Road and N. Greensferry Road in Rathdrum
Roy M. Osburn, 21, was arrested for resisting or obstructing law enforcement in the 1900 block of N. Fourth Street in Coeur d’Alene
Alexis T. McMahan, 18, was arrested for driving under the influence near the intersection of W. Burlington Road and N. Greensferry Road in Rathdrum
