LIBRARY: And one more thing

As I submitted an earlier letter concerning the Hayden community library, this will be my final response.

I would like to thank the Community Network manager for the time he took to respond to my concerns. I was spoken to with respect and assured that all employees were spoken to concerning the return policy. G.L. Smith, it’s apparent who you are, and furthermore I know who you are. First: I did not tell the whole world. Second: The only mistake I made was to let this happen three times. Please get your facts straight. According to the branch manager, I had every right to have checked-out materials re-checked back in. If you find this to be in error, please contact him. Once again, thank you John for resolving “the policy.”
