Body found at Hayden Creek
<p>A sheriff's office vehicle blocks the road leading into the area of Hayden Creek where a body was found Tuesday afternoon.</p>
Kootenai County Sheriff’s detectives are on the scene where a body was found in the Hayden Creek area of the Coeur d'Alene National Forest.
Sheriff's deputies received the report of the body around noon after it was discovered by two Coeur d'Alene men.
Deputies and detectives are currently at the scene investigating.
Forest Service Road 437, commonly known as Hayden Creek Road is closed between E. Hayden Lake Road and Forest Service Road 206, and will remain closed for an undetermined amount of time, the sheriff's office reports.
The identity of the body and manner of death has not been confirmed and no further information is available.
