Anthem at Lake Forest West
The newest addition of Lake Forest West in Coeur d’Alene continues the development’s established approach to success. Anthem at Lake Forest West is all about quality construction with highly-desired standard features in a prime, central location.
The Lake Forest West neighborhood, located at Ramsey Road and Canfield Avenue, came online two years ago, with 90 percent of the first phase now sold. Anthem at Lake Forest West, which became available earlier this year, features more than 65 new lots with a variety of model options through Hallmark Homes.
The lots in Anthem are slightly narrower, which allows the price point to drop a bit from the first phase, according to development representative and associate broker Jane Schippers of Northwest Realty Group. The homes themselves are the same high quality as the original phase.
‘What makes Hallmark stand out is their commitment to including as many standard features as they can in the base prices,” Schippers said.
Base standard features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile kitchen backsplash, central air conditioning, front and rear landscaping with sprinklers and timers, side and back fencing, a 10-year structural warranty and much more.
Base pricing ranges from $239,000 to $279,000 in Anthem, with floorplans ranging from just under 1,289 square feet to 2,148 square feet. There are six floor plans for ranchers and another three options for multi-story homes. Schippers said Hallmark provides buyers with options for basements and bonus rooms as well. Buyers also have many choices in colors and styles in flooring, cabinets, lighting and many other aspects of the build.
Lake Forest West is a new neighborhood in a long-established area of Coeur d’Alene. That combination is reflected in the continued presence of tall, mature trees, which Hallmark made a priority to maintain.
The central location can’t be beat — it’s a well-maintained area with easy access to Highway 95 and is surrounded by schools, shopping and all key amenities.
Schippers said build time is approximately five months from the time buyers write the contract.
While Anthem is currently active, the Lake Forest West development will expand into a new phase located to the north of the current location in the spring. The new phase will bring on approximately 40 more lots.
“We’re really proud of how the development has turned out,” Schippers said.
Lake Forest West representatives are available noon-5 p.m. daily at the neighborhood’s model home, located at 6816 N. Glensford Drive. The home features amenities common to both available phases.
