Internet problems pop up, pipe down

Customers who get their internet from Time Warner Cable experienced a brief outage this morning when a server in Los Angeles went down. The server, and internet access, were quickly restored. Neither Kootenai Electric Cooperative nor Avista reported any substantial power outages this morning.
