Conroy joins Post Falls Chamber staff

Jeannette Conroy has joined the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce as their Communication Specialist. Prior to accepting the position, Conroy worked for the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation as a graphic designer and administrative support.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business, management and communications from Western Oregon University and an associate’s degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Married for 28 years to Jeff, Conroy has two daughters who are in their professional careers and a son who is a sophomore in college.

Wade joins Keller Williams Cd’A

Darlene Wade recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene. Wade graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor of science in accounting. She previously worked in accounting for Northwest Specialty Hospital in the nursing department, and spends her free time being involved with Lake City Church and Kootenai Animal Shelter.

Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene specializes in residential, luxury, waterfront and commercial properties throughout the Inland Northwest. The company has more than 200 associates with offices in Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint. Each Keller Williams Realty Company is independently owned and operated.

Empire Airlines announces Heinrich, new controller

Empire Airlines announced Robert Henrich has joined Empire as controller. Heinrich, an experienced accounting professional, graduated from Lindenwood University, St. Charles, Mo., with an MBA in accounting. His undergraduate degree was in international studies from the University of Missouri. Additionally, Heinrich is a licensed certified public accountant.

Heinrich comes to Empire from Clearwater Paper Corporation in Spokane and was previously with BJC Healthcare in St. Louis where he held senior corporate accounting positions. Prior to that he was a CPA for the accounting firm of Schneider & Gerhardt, PC. where he performed audit, tax and consulting engagements.

Heinrich will have direct responsibility for all aspects of Empire’s accounting and financial functions and will report to Scott Marikis, Empire’s vice president and chief operating officer.

Smith earns e-PRO certification

Val Smith with Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty has successfully completed the e-PRO certification program and has been awarded the e-PRO certification, the official technology certification program offered by the National Association of Realtors.

Smith joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals who have earned NAR’s e-PRO certification and dedicated their time and effort toward learning how to use the latest social media technologies to create an online presence and reach today’s hyper-connected consumers. The new e-PRO program expands an agent’s real estate technology skills and helps them connect with consumers online via social media, email marketing and website promotion.

Knapp earns GRI designation

Allyson Knapp with Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty has been awarded the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.

Knapp joins other top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold the designation across the nation, and earned the GRI designation by attending and successfully completing a comprehensive course covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.
