Holiday craft fairs slated

Holiday shopping goes local each year with a slew of craft fairs and gift bazaars that take place throughout the area.

• Post Falls Senior Center Craft Fair | today, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 1215 E. Third Ave., breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m., 773-9582.

• Coeur d'Alene Library Craft Fair | today, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., 702 E. Front Ave., free admission, portion of proceeds to benefit Friends of the Library, 769-2315.

• Post Falls High Craft Fair | today, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., 2832 E. Poleline Ave.

• Blanchard Craft Fair | today, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Blanchard Community Center, 685 Rusho Lane, 437-1037.

• Holiday Extravaganza | Friday, Nov. 11, and Saturday, Nov. 12, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days, Greyhound Park and Event Center, Post Falls.

• Holiday Treasures Bazaar | Friday, Nov. 18, and Saturday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 13541 W. Hwy 53, Rathdrum. Crafts, baked goods, pantry items, used clothing give-away and indoor white elephant sale. Breakfast and lunch available Saturday.
