HEARN: He solves problems

Tom Hearn will bring a much-needed trait to his role as our State Representative: creative problem solver! His background as a social worker has helped hundreds, perhaps thousands, of our neighbors solve their individual problems. And his work on state and school district boards has shown an ability to find consensus in group processes that should be invaluable in working across political aisles to find solutions, rather than political posturing.

His priorities include education and preserving public access to lands for fishing, hunting and camping. These are values we in Coeur d’Alene have in common. He has been a great neighbor, leader and volunteer in our community for decades. I am thrilled he is willing to represent us in the Idaho Legislature.
