HONOR: Flight to remember

I recently attended the “homecoming” of the Inland Northwest Honor Flight on April 26. It is a pleasure to witness the joy on the faces of the returning veterans who served our country to preserve our freedom. What they saw on their trip to Washington, D.C., was only a small token of the appreciation and gratitude that we owe them for what they did for the United States of America.
The Medical Lake High School Band made the return of these veterans more “exciting and electrifying” with the assorted patriotic and military themes they played throughout the evening.
Thank you to our veterans for their service!
