FILLIOS: A man of integrity

This letter is in support of the election of Chris Fillios for county commissioner. I have known Chris for more than 10 years and know him to be a man of integrity. He is meticulous in his fact gathering, and thus always makes decisions fully informed. This quality has helped him to control spending while maintaining 238 miles of roadway as well as 20 bridges, and helped to keep the ad valorem taxes the lowest of the four Kootenai County Highway Districts.

During his tenure, he initiated the District website, which allows interested citizens to easily stay informed. He always makes himself available to the public. He is a truly dedicated public servant.

I also know Chris to be a man whose ethics are above reproach. He is extremely honest, capable of considering all points of view objectively, and keenly aware of the plight of the average taxpayer. His personal skills allow him to work towards solving problems and keeping lines of communication open. Chris Fillios will make an outstanding county commissioner.
