DUNCAN: Free to lead

There is a clear choice for Kootenai County Commissioner on May 17. Her name is Leslie Duncan. Her past experience and lack of ties to special interest groups puts her above the rest. She has no political past which makes her refreshing. Cathy and I have known Leslie for more than a decade. We know her to be moral and hardworking. She will serve this county well.
