Mayors Cup golf tourney to benefit new NIC facility

RATHDRUM — The first Mayors Cup golf tournament to benefit North Idaho College's new Career and Technical Center in Rathdrum will be held on May 21 at Twin Lakes Golf Course.

Proceeds will be used for scholarships and equipment at the school.

The cities of Rathdrum, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene and Hayden are partnering for the event.

The tournament, which has a noon shotgun start, will be a four-person scramble with men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions.

The cost is $300 per team or $75 per person. The cost includes golf, practice balls, a cart and dinner. There will be a silent auction and raffle prizes.
