AMADOR: He knows what matters

| May 1, 2016 9:00 PM

Politics are nowhere near my strong suit but where I find value in a candidate is when they genuinely take the time to explain their stance on the issues surrounding North Idaho. I have had the pleasure to work professionally with Paul Amador for the past two years. I can full-heartedly say that I support his candidacy for State Representative 4B.

Unlike Sims, he understands the need for education to be the backbone of North Idaho if we want well-paying jobs and a higher standard of living to be a staple in Coeur d’Alene. I am more impressed with Paul each time I hear him speak, and how willing he is to support young professionals in our community.

My hope is to encourage the young voters of Coeur d’Alene to actually stop and think about the opportunity they hold by being able to vote in a primary election. When less than 10 percent of the city participates in a primary election we are holding ourselves accountable for poor representation in Boise. Voting in the upcoming primary is the first step to improving education in North Idaho, and Paul Amador can count on mine May 17. #AMADORforIDAHO
