Fabian, Mallett earn real estate credentials

Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty announced Paulette Fabian and Victoria Mallett were recently acknowledged for completing additional training in the real estate industry.

Fabian earned a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certification.

The RSPS certification is recognized as an official National Association of Realtors certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a real estate agent who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes in a resort, recreational or vacation destination.

Fabian sees the RSPS Certification as a valuable tool to assist sellers with the growing number of visitors considering vacation or second home purchases in the Coeur d’Alene/Hayden area. As a volunteer for numerous charities in town and an active participant in community activities, Fabian is proud to showcase the area to possible buyers and investors.

Victoria Mallett was awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.

The ABR designation requires successful completion of a comprehensive course in buyer representation. Mallett has been a real estate agent with Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty since 2008, and prior to this had four years in mortgage lending.
