Notice of Public Hearing on the Coeur d'Alene's CDBG Plan Year 2016 Annual Action Plan The City of Coeur d'Alene has drafted an annual action plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for Plan Year 2016. The City anticipates receiving CDBG funds in the amount of $310,681.00 for the plan year beginning April 1, 2016. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. to seek additional public input. The public comment period was open for a period of 30 days, beginning March 4, 2016-April 5, 2016.
