NIC GOLF: Swapp, Miller pace Cardinals

CLARKSTON, Wash. — Braydon Swapp was the top finisher for the North Idaho men’s golf team, finishing 15th with a 78-75—153 in the Warrior Invitational on Tuesday at the Clarkston Country Club.

NIC finished third out of five teams with a 319-306—625. Lewis-Clark State won with a 300-295—595.

Washington State’s Zach Anderson was men’s medalist with a 69-72—141.

In the women’s tournament, NIC’s Nicole Miller was third with a 83-82—165.

Lewis-Clark State won the women’s team title with a 319-336—655 and Karina Davila won the women’s medalist with a 75-82—157.

NIC will compete in a Northwest Athletic Conference match April 10-11 at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club in Federal Way, Wash.
