Raffle home in Post Falls

North Idaho College’s Really BIG Raffle grand prize home is back in Post Falls this year at Syringa Park. Community members can try their luck for a chance to win this brand new $270,000 park-front home as well as a $20,000 car, $10,000 boat, $3,500 vacation package and $2,000 shopping spree. This marks the 23rd year of NIC’s largest annual fundraiser, which is a collaboration between the NIC Foundation and the NIC Carpentry program.

Only 5,500 raffle tickets will be sold prior to the July 13 drawing at $100 each. Early ticket purchasers qualify for an additional $2,500 Costco gift card prize.

This year’s grand prize home is a single-level three-bedroom, two-bath home with an oversized garage. Set on a ¼-acre lot overlooking Syringa Park, the location is a crowd favorite. The home is currently under construction at 3142 Bunchgrass Drive in Post Falls. It will be loaded with upgrades and eco-friendly materials.

Tickets can be purchased now at North Idaho outlets including Super 1 Foods, Trading Company Stores in Post Falls, Stein’s Family Foods, Stock Building Supply, Lake City Ford, Buck Knives, Carpet Warehouse, the NIC Workforce Training Center and the NIC Foundation Office. Idaho residents can also order by phone or online.

The raffle is sponsored in part this year by title sponsor Stock Building Supply and major sponsor Washington Trust Bank. All proceeds support student and program needs at North Idaho College.
