Jack A. Critchfield, 73, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2016, at his home in Carey-wood, Idaho. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2016, at the Bayview Bible Chapel/Community Center.

Jack was born on March 1, 1943, in Forest Park, Ill., to Howard and Eleanor Marie Critchfield. He grew up and attended schools in Southern California. Jack married Michal Marie Rogers on July 1, 1961, in Covina, Calif. There they owned and operated a drywall contracting business. In 1979, they moved their home and business to Hesperia, Calif.

Jack, and his wife Michal, moved to North Idaho in 1992 and became a real estate broker, specializing in land sells. He is a member of the Bayview Bible Chapel Church. He enjoyed fly fishing, traveling, camping, golf and boating.

He is survived by his wife, Michal Marie Critchfield of Careywood; three children, Mark (Virginia) Critchfield of Waterville, Kan., Beth (Thad) Dyer of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and MSgt Toby (Yvette) Critchfield of Fairchild AFB; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
