Tolman named executive director at Life Care Center of Post Falls
POST FALLS — Jeremy Tolman has been appointed executive director at Life Care Center of Post Falls, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
"Life Care has systems in place that are well-established, and my co-workers here have been really good," said Tolman, who replaces Bryan Lindsey as executive director. "I’m enjoying getting to know our residents and their families."
Before coming to Life Care Center of Post Falls, Tolman worked as an executive director for Prestige Care in Eugene, Ore., for 10 years. Prior to that appointment, he worked for Kindred Healthcare in Vancouver, Wash., for several years.
Tolman started his career in senior care as a dietary aide and then worked as a social worker, admissions associate and other roles before going through administrator training.
"Jeremy’s leadership for the past eight years has helped his prior facility achieve five-star quality results with customer service standards, clinical standards and employee morale standards, setting the benchmark for his prior company," said Tim Needles, vice president of Life Care Centers of America’s Frontier Region, which oversees nine facilities in Idaho and one in Spokane. "As you meet Jeremy, you quickly see that his warm and inviting personality makes you feel accepted and motivated."
Originally from Utah, Tolman earned his bachelor’s degree in long-term care administration from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He is currently relocating to the Post Falls/Spokane area with his wife, Kristy, and their four daughters.
