VIGIL: A beautiful light

| March 10, 2016 8:00 PM

Lights, Camera, Action! Onward to live streaming with a Prayer Vigil for one of the dearest pastors in Coeur d’Alene.

It was my deepest pleasure to watch hundreds of people pay homage to a man shot mercilessly for something none of us knows about. However, in the act of cruelty, I am blessed to find comfort from the vigilance.

Our community is diverse, and it was encouraging to see pastors from all denominations come together and uplift Pastor Remington in prayer. It was amazing to me to see denominations putting aside their differences and unifying as one. This is the true love of the body of Christ, reaching beyond the platforms of their beliefs and putting things of difference aside and reaching out with equal hands.

I am one blessed person in Idaho to have viewed this, and it was so amazing and I got goosebumps, and believe me, that takes a lot for this person.

We, who live in this amazing community are so blessed. I love how we rally around one another whether we know them or not, and just give great support to the cause of what is happening.

We have done it for many, especially this year when one of our officers was killed, I believe his sticker is on many people’s cars. K27?

When people love and have a vision, the community is strong. May we never forget that this man is worth coming together for. OH, GOD LOVE US!
