NIC Booster Club meeting today

The North Idaho College Booster Club will hold its second Tuesday of the month meeting at noon today at Emery’s Restaurant on the NIC Coeur d’Alene campus.

NIC men’s head basketball coach Corey Symons will give a preview of the NJCAA national basketball tournament. The fifth seeded Cardinals men’s team, 31-1 overall, received an at-large bid to participate in the national championship tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas, March 14-19.

All coaches will give a recap/preview of their seasons, including NIC wrestling which brought home a National Champion at 165 pounds and an All-American from the NJCAA national wrestling tournament recently.

The NIC Booster Club luncheon is open to the public. The cost of lunch is not covered. The NIC Booster Club meets the second and last Tuesday of each month.
