Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Rathdrum is planning to submit a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) in an amount not to exceed more than $300,000. The proposed project is to complete improvements including a right-in/right-out entrance to property located on Highway 41 at the site of the new Ace Hardware store, this project will be an Economic Development/Job Creation Project.
