Dollar Tree opens today in Rathdrum

Dollar Tree announced its new store in Rathdrum will open today.

With its headquarters in Chesapeake, Va., the discount variety store operates nationwide with stores in Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene.

“Dollar Tree continues to grow,” said Chelle Davis, Dollar Tree spokesperson, in a press release. “We are proud to be part of the Rathdrum community and are looking forward to our June 30 Grand Opening.”

The Rathdrum store is 9,845 square feet and will be located at 16484 N. Highway 41. A store of this size typically employs 12 to 20 associates.

Dollar Tree stores are open seven days a week.
