Heartburn over slobs in the park

CDA provides a beautiful shaded park, free of charge, to residents and visitors in this area. You may bring your children, you may enjoy the beach, the playground, the picnic tables and BBQs, the covered pavilion. Wow, look what you can enjoy!

Why can't the person who used this BBQ scrape up the leftover meat (yuk) and pick up the bottles and bags, etc., left from the day before? The beach is scattered with plastic bottles of all sorts, paper cups and plastic bags, sand toys, parts of bathing suits and flip flops floating.

What has happened to grateful? Proud? Manners? Respect of property? Anyone?
