Greensferry Overpass lane closures planned

POST FALLS — The Greensferry Overpass will have lane closures over the weekend as crews perform maintenance and repairs.

Wadsworth Construction will have crews applying an epoxy overlay mix to the concrete surfacing.

The lane closures are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, but there may be some finish work that carries over into Monday.

Crews will start with a pickup broom Friday to prepare for the work on Saturday morning.

The lane closures are scheduled to start at 5 a.m. on Saturday and crews will be closing half of the bridge at a time.

The overlay will be applied to one side then re-opened to traffic. The process will then be repeated on the other side.
