STREET: A dire warning

To the city of Post Falls:

I want to let you know that Spokane Street by the park is getting to be very unsafe. We have had two dogs killed by our house, and one was on a leash by its owner. I have seen kids and an older lady almost get hit. People drive way too fast past the park and there is no crosswalk. The speed limit should be 25 mph or less.

I do not understand why up by the cemetery it is 25. Are they afraid a dead person is going to jump up and run across the street? I am sorry, but it was one of my family’s dogs that was killed. This could have been a child. Please look into this before someone is seriously hurt.
