CITY OF HAYDEN LAKE, IDAHO SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 278 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HAYDEN LAKE, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REPEALING TITLE 11, CHAPTER 1 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED "FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION", ADOPTING A NEW TITLE 11, CHAPTER 1 ENTITLED "FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION", ESTABLISHING STATUTORY AUTHORITY, FINDINGS OF FACT, A STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING GENERAL PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATION; PROVIDING FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION; PROVIDING LEGAL STATUS PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PREEMPTION AND PRECEDENCE; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR SUSPENSION OF THE RULES. THE STOP-WORK ORDER SHALL STATE THE SPECIFIC WORK TO BE STOPPED, THE SPECIFIC REASON(S) FOR THE STOPPAGE, AND THE CONDITION(S) UNDER WHICH THE WORK MAY BE RESUMED. VIOLATION OF A STOP-WORK ORDER CONSTITUTES A MISDEMEANOR."
