LEGION BASEBALL: Lumbermen U14 fall to Central Valley

SPOKANE — Brennan Shuelke went 3 for 4 with a triple and three runs scored for the Coeur d’Alene Lumbermen in an 11-4 loss to Central Valley in the Washington “A” district playoffs at Mead High on Saturday.

The top two teams in each division advance.

Coeur d’Alene (24-16) plays Shadle Park today at 10 a.m. to conclude pool play.
